I don’t think I’ve drawn/painted a still life since high school. The one on the left was done holding the tip of the brush–so with less control–and the one on the right was done holding close to the brush end–more control.
I’m not sure which I like better. Except for the lemons, I undoubtedly like the relaxed lemons better.
What do you think?
Nice, I like how the fruit is closer together in the controlled one, but I prefer the look of the actual individual fruit in the other.
